What makes your dry cleaning green?

We use GreenEarth, a non-toxic, silicone-based solvent that’s gentle on clothes and safer for the environment. Our process eliminates harmful chemicals like perc and petroleum-based cleaners. We also use hypoallergenic, fragrance-free detergents and biodegradable spotting agents, and we conserve energy and water throughout our cleaning system.

Do you offer same-day service?

Yes! Monday through Friday, drop off your dry cleaning, shirts, or laundry by 9 AM, and you can pick them up by 5 PM the same day. In a hurry? Our North Street location offers guaranteed 3-hour service upon request. Call us to confirm availability.

Do you offer pickup and delivery?

Yes. We offer complimentary pickup and delivery for customers living within one mile of any of our stores. Just fill out the form online to get started. We prefer concierge-style buildings, but we can coordinate personal pickup as well.

Can I drop off at one store and pick up at another?

Yes, absolutely. Just let us know where you’re dropping off and which store you'd like to pick up from. We kindly ask customers to prepay for these orders to simplify our accounting.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, cash, and personal checks (with valid ID for returning customers).

Can you guarantee stain removal?

We always do our best to remove stains using safe, garment-appropriate methods. However, we can’t guarantee 100% stain removal without risking damage to the fabric.

What should I dry clean vs. launder?

• Launder: Garments worn directly on your body (shirts, undergarments, casual wear), if fabric allows.

• Dry clean: Outer garments (suits, jackets, trousers) or anything delicate, structured, or made from specialty fabrics.

Do you clean sheets, pillowcases, and bedding?

Yes, we clean sheets, pillowcases, duvets, comforters, and other bed coverings.

Do you clean rugs?

We can safely clean small area rugs. Please visit or call your nearest location for an appraisal.

Do you offer garment storage?

Yes, we provide seasonal storage for garments. Ask in-store for details.

Can you clean shoes or boots?

We clean sneakers and UGG boots, but not all shoes or boots can be serviced. Contact us to check if your footwear qualifies.

Can someone else pick up my order?

Yes, as long as you call or inform us in advance, someone else can pick up your order on your behalf.

Do you dye clothes?

No, we do not offer clothing dye services due to the toxicity of the process.
